Are you aware that ALL the products The Pampered Chef offer come with a warranty? The warranties vary from 1 year to a lifetime warranty. I can tell you from experience, this is a NO HASSLE return process! If your item needs replaced for any reason during the warranty period, you can either contact The Pampered Chef direct, or contact your Pampered Chef Independent Consultant to get the item replaced.  Also, if your item arrives damaged, or even if it was not what you expected, contact The Pampered Chef within the first 30 days of your purchase and they will pay the shipping for you to return the item!

Did you know Pampered Chef Consultants are prohibited from selling products via online auctions? Should you care?  In a word, YES. You should be aware unless you purchase your Pampered Chef products from a consultant, you will not get an official receipt and your products will not be covered under the warranty. 

Considering buying used stoneware off an online auction? Do you know what the stoneware was used for? Are you certain the previous owner took care of cleaning the stones properly?  Perhaps they seller used SOAP on the stone which absorbed into the surface. Do you want what you cook to taste like soap? This is only one example of the numerous odors and flavors the stones can absorb when not properly cared for.

What about cookware? Yes, I understand that the cookware The Pampered Chef offers is expensive compared to what you can buy in your local super center. However, have you considered how often you have to replace that one pan you paid $20 for? Are you aware their is a huge difference in the way pans cook and hold heat? You would be AMAZED by the difference one simple pan can make in your cooking.  I would strongly urge you to contact your Pampered Chef Consultant to purchase your next piece of cookware. Both lines offer LIFETIME WARRANTIES! You will never have to purchase that pan again!!

So my advice to all is this.... if you would like to have top quality kitchen tools, contact a Pampered Chef Consultant. Do not buy any Pampered Chef products through online auctions. You would only be cheating yourself out of the wonderful warranties they offer.

Before you purchase another cooking tool, I would strongly encourage you to check out the product line The Pampered Chef offers. I would advise you to do yourself a favor and contact a consultant to either book a show and earn your products for free or purchase the products from them.
