When you purchase Pampered Chef products online through ebay, the warranties are void and useless. So, if your stoneware breaks in the mail or later on in the oven, it will not be replaced. When your lifetime guarantee cookware starts peeling, it will not be replaced. If you purchase throught the company or a consultant, the warranties are valid and problmes wiht the products are easily fixed. Also, shipping is never more than 14 dollars, usually about 4 dollars. Most people pay extremely more for a product when they could purchse the product through the company for much less. You do not have to order items through a party, you can just purchase them online. Do not get screwed buying uncovered products through ebay!
