When purchasing PSP tubes that have been developed by an indivigual, it is important to ask a few questions first.
You will want to ask what format the tubes are saved in. You want them to be .psp if you are using Paint Shop Pro. (This makes them convertable to other programs.) And you may ask what version of PSP they were created in. (psp 8, psp 9 etc.)
You will want to know if the PSP tubes have been created from non-copyrighted pictures, or if they have been created by the seller.
You will want to know how many PSP tubes are on the CD. And if they are clean. (Without cruddy leftover pixels... or dirty edges.)
You will want to ask if you are intitled to use them on commercial or personal work.
Can they be shared in groups, if this applies.
Are you allowed to add to, change, recolor or redistribute your creations, using them.
You will need to ask if there is any adult content... if this is something that would offend you.
You might ask if they have a web site and if their work is online for you to see. Or if they are willing to post a sample to view or for download.
Check your sellers FEEDBACK. There are some Excellent Sellers of Tubes on Ebay.
When you bid...
Consider the answers to your questions.
Remember that it takes hours and hours to create top quality PSP tubes.
If POSER has been used... it not only took the artist time, but he or she has also spent hundreds of dollars on special programs and accessories to the programs... just to create these tubes for you.
According to the answers... you can make an informed decision as to the tubes CD value.
You won't have any surprises if you Ask First. And you will have tons of fun creating from your new CD!!!
