I have been using Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop for five years as a hobby to create animations and animated signature tags.  I am basically self taught and am offering free advice for anyone who needs a question answered or finds themself stuck in how to learn particular animations. 

If it can be done in Paint Shop Pro I will give you an answer to your questions.   I realize there are probably alot of sellers on here who are in need of this in order to jazz up their pages with an animation banner or such.  I was part of Yahoo groups for many years but figured someone on ebay might be in need of more immediate assistance.  Please feel free to contact me with your questions.
