Hi,

I Have had this happen to me & have seen it happen to various others. Also, if you check alot of the gaming forums & some forums for other online retailers (I dont think I can mention in this guide) gamers are making eBay accounts just to bid or outbid potential buyers on your PS3 system. Now, it says we are protected, here is how we are not.

1. Item doesnt qualify for relisting fees refunded if sells

2. They are also making paypal accounts so even if you say paypal only they can still bid

3. You can't block anyone with 0 feedback

4. All you get back is your FVF & aggrevation.

Here is what you can do.

1. Watch your item till the last minute, have the screen set up to block anyone that doesnt contact you with 0 feedback (you should state in your auction that buyers should contact you if they have 0 feedback or their bid will be canceled) even if you have to, have 4-5 windows poped up just to cancel bids.

2. If your item sells, contact the buyer by phone immediately, if your spending a grand or more & your bidding at the last minute, your still awake. Verify they are going to pay.

Thats pretty much all you can do, from what I have read & seem to understand.
