TAKE REGULAR PIECE OF CARDBOARD AND CUT IT: 12 1/4 inches LONG by 4 and 1/4 inches WIDE. Fold at 5 and 3/4 inches then fold at 3/4 inches after the 5 3/4 inch fold.One end will be 3/4 inches THICK other OPEN end cardboard will be together.This will LOOK like a WEDGE that is V shape.TAPE one side "SEE PICTURE".Open end should meet. Know take a fileing folder type card and cut 4 inches wide by 12 inches long.[You can use a # 6 3/4 Envelope] Once done fold this in Half. Round the open end .Know print "PULL OUT" on very end so it will show once inside the Piece of Cardboard.
