This product does not give you the jitters & I have been taking 3 pills 2 X's a day. Diet & Exercise is the key along with plenty of water. There is no miracle pill for weight loss, but it certainly helps when Phenfuel is on your side. After you take it you will notice your body heating up, this is a good thing. This is referred to as raising your standing metabolic rate, which is almost like you just did exercise while standing still. Of course you should exercise and you will notice more sweating which will lead to weight loss and the feel good factor. I dont recommend taking Phenfuel before you eat Mcdonalds or anything like that.
