I have a cat who continues to return to the scene of his first "crime"....Grrrr!   I tried at least 6-8 products that promised odor removal, but none of them worked.  I also tried Vinegar and most of the "home remedies" with no help in eliminating the odor.  I did much research on the best product to eliminate the odor.  This item is usually sold on eBay at reasonable prices and also at the LARGE CHAIN PET STORES!   This is the only thing that worked for me.  Natures Miracle brand has a solution to use for dogs/cats and thankfully, since cat urine is especially hard to deal with, they also have one type JUST for CATS!  This really works!  See more info on the product below.  Best used right after cat does "his" thing.  But also works on set in odors.  This comes in a spray, and different sizes up to one gallon.  Do not dilute when using!!

Directions: Shake well. Before using, test surfaces to be treated for colorfastness by applying to a hidden area; wipe with a cloth. If dye is removed from the test area, do not use on those surfaces. Always use full strength. Do not dilute. If possible, first wipe up excess odor-causing material, then thoroughly soak all leftover odor-causing material in area. Saturate urine stains. Apply enough to reach urine penetration in the pad and floor. In carpets this may mean lifting carpet and applying directly to pad and floor. Because of poor air circulation, carpets and upholstery may take up to 2 weeks to dry completely, during which time, you may still smell an odor.  I recommend putting a fan on the area to dry it faster. To treat large areas, use a garden sprinkler can. Allow everything to air dry completely before expecting complete odor elimination.

If you choose NOT to buy this............NEVER, EVER use a cleaner with AMMONIA!!!  Cat urine has AMMONIA in it and it will ATTRACT the cat BACK to the area for further "crimes!"  I pretty much use no floor cleaner, or other household cleaner with ammonia anymore, just to be safe!

Give this item a try and you will have no more BAD KITTY incidents.  By the way........this item is much cheaper, like most items, to buy in the largest size, as it is cheaper.  Just like Pop or Soda, a 2 liter bottle is much cheaper than a single bottle!  It is really up to you....yes, the smaller bottles of this are less expensive......so do what makes you feel best, either get the smaller and cheaper bottle to try first, or invest in the gallon size.
