I recently bought a Sony vivo Small laptop, since it wasn't a Brand NEW as the seller stated, i  returned the item through Registered Anpost (ireland official Post office), like Great Britain - they don't provide an address recorded in their reciept. but we get a Registered Number for tracking online, inspite i provided the photocopy to Paypal through fax , they decided stating can't track the item to Sellers Address- improper reference. what else should paypal consider in relation to evidence inspite the tracking number shows where in the item is delivered.
