Watch out for the sellers who offer these at auction. If you win the bid at a low price and the seller tells you Sorry but there out and cant get anymore this is the first sign of a scam. Many buyers have sent their money to these crooks to find out 6 weeks later that they wont be receiving anything. you may or may not get your money back. Some of these sellers are using the system to ge more money from you.One popular seller uses this method . He tells you he is out of stock but at the same time he is still selling on ebay.the person who wins at a higher bid on other auctions will receive there welder but you wont. even if you won the auction.it takes up to 3 months to stop these people. But the problem is that most people will not file a complaint.find out who these sellers are . dont buy from sellers who use cell phones and po boxes for contact info. it is easy to get a phone and po box in a fake name. i am going thru that problem now with a seller who ran off with a lot of buyers money.
