I read this article yesterday and having had my own plights with dealing with the poor customer service that Sprint has to offer, I felt the need to share this with everyone. We have all had to deal with the stress and agony of Terrible Customer Service. MSN Money recently rec'd votes from over 3,000 readers for 410 companies that are said to have bad customer service.
The question became: How can we help to empower the millions of consumers who feel victimized by cutbacks in customer service and overwhelmed at the prospect of fighting for their rights against giant corporations?
