I'll have to admit i owe this one to my husband. I purchased or was given all the diaper rash ointments out there! My husband would only use A&D on our first son so naturally all we use for our 2nd son is A&D too! Both of my sons have super sensitive skin and exeema. I can probably say my 2 year old has only had about 10 issues with diaper rash and my 2nd son about 1 or 2! OF course there are common sense things that you can do such as change every wet diaper, do not bath sensitive skin daily, only use wash and lotion for senstive skin. We use Johnsons! We use a little A&D at the sign of diaper rash trying to appear or everytime they are on antibotics! Another great thing about A&D is it is not expensive and you don't smell it from 5 feet away! It also has many other great uses such as scratches or other boo-boos! Just another note: do not over-dress a baby with sensative skin it will cause breakouts! We were about to change our formula due to my first son having horrible breakouts on his face. It was baby exeema and we cured it in a few days by hydrocorozone 1/2% and dressing him lighter. (ask a doctor before trying any new lotions, cremes for breakouts).
