Compared to what is out there, Ebay has a very limited number of original comic art pages listed each week, although it is certainly one of the best forums for finding it. Often times a piece you lost the bidding on will never reappear because it has gone into the hands of another collector who really appreciates it and intends to keep it. But there is a wonderful site for finding out where it has gone as well as finding some of the pages/covers/sketches you have only dreamed of obtaining. This site, comicartfans, is an excellent way to get in touch with other collectors. There are also a large number of professional artists who have posted their works and contact info for commissions. The great part about this site is that you can sign in and post your own works for free. I would not have even written this had I not noticed how many people I have sold original art to recently that weren't even aware of the site's existence. Since then I have received thanks from several people who were finally able to find a page from a certain artist they were looking for after months of waiting in vain for one to pop up on Ebay. There are just as many sellers as there are people who have posted works for the enjoyment of others. I really hope that this clues in some of you who are as interested in the original comic art hobby as I am (if not more). Take care.
Sincerely,
JWW
