As for Chi verses Vortex Chi or Qi is believed to be part of every living thing that exists, as a kind of “life force” or “spiritual energy.” It is frequently translated as “energy flow,” or literally as “air” or “breath.” (For example, tiānqì, literally “sky breathe”) where as Vortex is the matrix magnet that allows the energy to flow…

Now for programming... They come pre-programmed and high on the energy scale and there are no other special care or instructions are needed. ..  The mixture of the crystals alone should be enough to feel vibrations and with the Vortex Magnet and the copper just enhances it...  using a photo under it and concentrating on the person and facing the direction they are in should be more than enough… when you want it to work for something else just hold it and let it know your feelings or place a paper under it asking for your intent… They are very easy to use

You don’t need to reprogram the Generator however, if you want to ad some of your own extra energy… I would do a little cleansing and consecrating ritual... Using something to call in the 4 elements... Air ~ smoke from incense,  Fire ~ flame from a candle, Water ~  a glass or chalice of Water (Moving water from a river, creek or stream  works best if Possible) and Earth ~ a dish of dirt or a dish of natural Sea Salt.. If you need any help writing a ritual let me know... Also if you let a non believer hold it the will adsorb the natural energy of the item and it would be a great idea to do a little cleansing and consecrating ritual.

Now I carry a key chain 24/7 and wear a pendant as well… I shower, run in the rain.. and swim with it… they have lost their high shine anymore, but work as well as the day they were made…
