I have scrapbooked for 10 years and have acquired enough things to fill a room.  I have concentrated on organizing my supplies enabling me to spend more time scrapbooking. 

My favorite for ribbons was to hang two decorative hooks on the wall above my table where I scrapbook.  I used a vintage small curtain rod I wasn't using to thread the spools of ribbon onto and then hang from the hooks. A dowel would work instead of a curtain rod also.  I love how it looks and how handy it is.  If you put all of one color together it is even handier to use.  I taped the end of the ribbon of each spool while I threaded and hung them so they didn't unwind.  Some spools had to have the middle widened to fit on the rod but I found it easy to do by inserting a scissors and rotating it. 

I took old 3 ring notebooks and filled them with inexpensive 8 x 10 page protectors.  Inside the notebooks I have my stickers.  I labeled the front of the notebooks and decorated them to match my room.
