This guide will help you to disassembly you Optoma EP719 for repair or cleaning.

1) First of all disconnect all power and realted cables to the unit.
Be really carefully, and do not continue if you do not have electric or electronics knowleges. I am not responsible for your integrity neither your babied projector.
2) Remove 4 lateral screws and 1 deep hiden at the bottom surface, near the bolt mounting hole. If not taken, this last one will prevent to take out the big plastic cover of the unit.

3) Remove the lamp, unscrewing 2 screws athe bottom and pulling firmly off the lamp hang.
4) Place the unit horizontally, and carefully lift one lateral side at time, trying to unlatch it from the front and back covers. Be patience and gently. If you pull hard the latches hinges can get broke and this not a good thing.

5) Once the top cover is free, procced to disconnect the top panel electric band to the unit, slighty pulling up first the brown connector latch. This is really tinny and do not need to much force.
6) Here you have. Continue unscrewing the 2 top screw for the top cover plate.

7/ Remove the litlte top plate near the lens of the projector unscrewing 2 bolts on the top.
You can acces now to the blower fan, and all adjacent parts.
These 7 steps will allow you to clean the projector, using a vacuum cleaner and too much carefully.
Happy clean!
