The KE5FX GPIB Toolkit is a collection of free Windows utilities that will help you make and record research-quality measurements with GPIB-based electronic test equipment. 

With 7470.EXE, the Toolkit's plotter-emulation program, you'll be able to capture screenshots from many spectrum analyzers, digital oscilloscopes, and other instruments.  You can acquire, save, and play back real-time spectrum surveillance data with SSM.EXE, or automate time-consuming and error-prone phase noise measurements with PN.EXE.  A variety of simple command-line applications are also included -- great for custom measurement scripts and batch files.
