This is a fairly new helmet on the market so before purchasing it I looked for reviews, but could not find many. I bought the helmet for a trip here in Texas I did recently. I could not figure out how to charge the thing as the instructions are vague about it. You have to remove the section of the fabric piece at the nape of the neck which reveals a slot to put the battery and plug in the charger. I paired the helmet with my tom tom rider and gzone phone. The bluetooth volume was great and the battery lasted the whole day no problem. The issues I had was every time you turn of the helmet you have to pair everything up again and I could not get the phone and gps to work at the same time. The major issue with this helmet is the ventillation, THERE IS NONE!!!. It was comfortable to put on but no venting to the top of your head at all, major design flaw.
