If you sell something on ebay and do not offer returns you are loosing sales.  It is that simple.

Do not worry about many buyers returning your item, it will not happen unless there is something wrong with your product.  In that case maybee you should not be selling on ebay in the first place.

It is a fact that the longer of a time period offered on your return policy the "LESS" returns you will get.  The psychology behind this is that the shorter term for return that is specified, people feel that they must make a decision now, and will possible return the item just is case.  If you give them a longer time to thing about returning many people will have time to rationalize why to keep it or will forget about it all together.

Just a reminder for new seller, hope this helps you grow your eabay business,
