I think something that always enhances your Auction write-up is offering to Answer Questions! Nobody is perfect, there's almost always something left out, often that you thought of later. I always answer any questions, and Welcome them, and usually state that all questions "will be answered with the Respect and Courtesy that you, the Buyer, Deserve." After all, that's Really what it's all about, when you come right down to it! I've noticed improved Sales just by adding this little item at the end of my Auction write-ups, and of course, following up as well by answering!
