Pros
Long Life Soles and Extreme GRIP
Cons
Sole tends to wear fast.
Oakley Quality have stand over years as good quality, long lasting and HARDCORE products.
As soon as I saw this Oakley Shoes on the market, the unique design and the Oakley tag over it, I was sure I was getting a good product, anyhow I noticed this Weird and Futurama-Like soles that were labeled as “Recycled Tire Rubber”.
There is one thing that definitely highlights this shoes and is the back of it, the rubber climbs up to the heel that is a PRO for people in the climbing sport and running.
For example I use them very often for biking, and rappelling, and I found it very convenience whenever im making a stop or a slide with my feet. But definitely there is too much RUBBER in the back.
I also have used this for running and found it very comfortable, it works well on mud, water, snow and can adapt to virtually any condition (It is Oakley After all)
You can even feel secure putting them into washing, they can hold water perfectly,
however, the original sole inserts lasted about 4 months.
When they did start coming apart, they came apart in big chunks causing extreme uncomfort.
I replaced them with Dr. Scholl's and they worked perfectly... even to this day. I'd suggest replacing the originals with Dr. Scholl's right away.
About a month ago, the stitching JUST started to come apart. Even after running and golfing (Yes... golf... my spikes are painful, and these shoes are WAY more comfortable and they grip well on the bottom) the stitching hasn't come apart too much.
