Oakland A's Nick Swisher Bobble Head Giveaway

One of the hottest MLB searches and auctions on eBay is the Nick Swisher Bobblehead doll that was given away this past Saturday at the A's vs. Tampa Bay Devil Rays game. The giveaway has two versions of Nick Swisher (a switch hitter himself) - one as a lefty batter and one as a righty batter. The bobblehead doesn't look too much like Mr. Swisher himself other than the goatee / beard. Nick Swisher is a consistent fan favorite in Oakland for his hustle and unique personality... he also is very, very hot this year - among the AL leaders in HRs and RBIs.

Red-hot switch-hitting Nick Swisher's bobblehead night on Saturday was a doozy. It featured two mini-Swishers, one from each side. But Swisher, like a lot of players, had his beefs about his Lilliputian likeness. "I've got bigger pumps than that," Swisher told the San Francisco Chronicle, pointing to the arms. Strangely, he didn't complain about the doll's oversized noggin.
