I purchased several gift cards back in October 2007 from Otartel.com and I should have known that it was a scam because they asked for a check to be sent. Now it's December and nothing. They do not return phone calls, emails, etc. I have contacted the Comsumers affairs and Better business bureau. Next I will be going to the Attorney Generals office. Would like to hear from anyone who got them to finally respond to phone calls or emails and better yet did anyone finally get what they paid for???
