The Ohp 7500 is very easy to use and nothing says TURNKEY better than an OHP 7500 with a highly personalized on hold recording.  The unit itself has a very basic on hold message that we do not recommend using.  If you are going to spend the money for on hold marketing it's important to make sure you are doing that.  Spend the extra money on a company that creates personalized messages.  Not just "your name here...thank you for holding. " Make sure you are telling your customers about your company and UPSELLING them while they are on the line.  If you're not going to do that then you shouldn't even have on hold messages or the OHP 7500.   Look closely to see if the company you use is willing to Produce a message package for you with your OHP 7500.   This will mean creating a personalized script with your business.   Don't forget that people who succeed using message on hold ALWAYS have a company that makes them personalized messages from time to time.  It's professional...it upsells your products or services...and best of all....IT WORKS!
