I bought a satin pink razr from OEMKINGS and when i received it in the mail it was 2 different colors, like the backing was a completely different part from another phone than the front. Yes, on the bidding page it said "you will not be receiving the phone that is in the picture but you wll be receiving a satin pink razr" well it was not a solid color satin pink it was 2 different colors! Then when I asked OEMKINGS about it, they said that that was the way the statin pink phones are. THEY ARE NOT LIKE THAT, THEY ARE NOT 2 DIFFERNT COLORS. I couldnt believe they tried to tell me that!

Thats not all. the phone was foreign..made in china, not USA so therefore the phone could only use a foreign charger and in additon needed a adapter to fit into a US outlet. So I could never buy any US chargers or anything else for this phone because it was foreign. NOWHERE ON THE BIDDING PAGE DID IT SAY THIS WAS A FOREIGN PHONE!!! In addition, when I tried to plug it in to charge, the screen on the phone kept saying "unable to charge" there fore the phone was DOA dead on arrival.

OEMKINGS asked it a different charger would help, I am sorry but after the two tone phone, the foreign phone, and the unable to charge I was dissappointed in this product and OEMKINGS.

I told OEMKINGS that I needed a refund bcause this product was so rediclous. OEMKINGS did not respond for a couple of days after this. i was getting nervous because on the biding page it says that they do not do refunds only if he phone is DOA, which it was, but then it went on to say that they only do refunds if you notify OEMKINGS withing 24 hours of receiving the phone and if you send it back within 7 days of receiving the phone. Needless to say, I was getting nervous that they would not repsond to me and then tell me they are not going to take it back because it was after 7 days. Finally they responded and said i needed a refund form to fill out in order to send it back. Only problem here was there was no attached form in OEMKING'S email or an addtional email with the form in it. So I emailed them back and said i never received a form. They then did not respond to me, so I took it upon my self to send the phone back anyway before it got too late and before they could try to pull something over on me. Then on the 7th day, OEMKINGS sent me the refund form, I was appalled and wrote them an email stating I already sent the phone back before 7 days and that it was a good thing I did because the took thier sweet time getting the refund form to me. i then filled it out and sent it back right away.

Last but certainly not least, I had to pay for shipping back AND A ADDITIONAL 15 % RESTOCKING FEE!! What restocking fee, I need to pay 15% for this guy to put it back on his kitchen counter? I truly believe this is where OEMKINGS makes the money because the phones are crap! I payed $100 for the phone, the shipping to me, the shipping back to OEMKINGS. How much money did i get back? $69.70.

It was a long dishonest stressfull process that didnt need to happen and made me lose all respect for this person/company. Lastly, they put a negative feedback on my feedback list making my feedback drop drastically....ugh!

OEMKINGS IS A CROOK, DISHONEST, AND I DONT KNOW HOW HE CAN LIVE WITH HIMSELF AFTER RIPPING ALL THESE PEOPLE OFF.
