I bought a Motorola razr from oemkings the beginning of November. It was reportedly "unlocked" meaning I could use it with any service provider. It shipped quickly, but it was not unlocked! I sent it back asking simply for an exchange. It took them 1 MONTH to send me a phone back. IT WAS THE EXACT SAME PHONE WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM! I sent it back asking for a refund (with the %15 restocking fee of course plus the shipping I paid both times to send it back). They received the phone December 17th. I got my refund through Paypal January 2nd. Whenever I would message them, they would take at least 2-4 business days to respond, if they ever repsponded at all! When I couldn't reach their return form, which must be mailed with the phone 7 days from when it was received, they never returned my message! Luckily, I was able to figure out how to retrieve the form but if I hadn't, they wouldn't have given me my refund, even though I tried to contact them! Plus, they wouldn't give me my refund if I left negative feedback! Their business tactics are unethical and downright crooked! I would never work with them on anything again!
New Addition 01/24/08: I left OEMkings negative feedback and it took them a mere hour to call me at my home, leaving a message "regarding my purchase" and telling me to return their call to "further discuss the situation". Called again 2 hours later. Tried bribing me with a free Bluetooth accessory for retracting negative feedback. I told them where to stick it.
