UPDATE!!!
Oakley has discontinued the Wisdom Snow Goggles for the 2009/2010 season.
Oakley Wisdom Snow Goggles are one of the most well-known snow goggles in the world. They are worn by several professional snowboarders and skiers because of their quality of craftsmanship and their excellent anti-fog capabilities. Goggles that fog up are dangerous. If you can't see while you are boarding, you are an accident waiting to happen. Oakley has incorporated in the design of their goggles a way to help eliminate this danger.
I've taken the time to write this Ebay Guide for everyone to read...I would appreciate it if you would take a second to vote for it at the bottom when you are finished. Please vote "Yes" if this guide was helpful in any way for you. Thanks!!!
Here is also a description from the Oakley website:
"Any goggle can be a blast shield against icy powder burns. We engineered WISDOM™ with ’HIGH DEFINITION OPTICS® (HDO®) to add performance to protection. That means every angle of view is wide open with clarity. The dual lens design includes F-3 Series anti-fog treatment on durable PLUTONITE® that filters out all UV. It also meets all ANSI Z87.1 and ASTM F659 standards for impact resistance. The lightweight, flexible O MATTER® frame matches your facial contour and maintains a comfortable seal with triple-layer polar fleece foam that wicks away perspiration. It even includes flexible O MATTER® strap clips for the all-day comfort of balanced pressure, with or without a helmet."
The clarity of Oakley's lenses are amazing. They offer several lens tints to accomodate a wide variety of conditions so you can see clearly...even in the worst conditions. Your depth perception will be improved with the increase in contrast, so you can react in a split-second when needed.
The Oakley Wisdom is also available in polarized.
The Oakley Wisdom Snow Goggle fits a wide range of faces. They even offer an "Asian Fit", which is "Designed to compliment Asian facial anatomy in both fit and comfort," according to Oakley's website.
Personally, I find that the regular Wisdom goggles fit the majority of people just fine. They curve around the eye fairly close on most people, which helps make the goggles visually look smaller on the face.
For people that want a little more space between their eyes and their goggles, the Oakley Crowbar Snow Goggles are an excellent choice because the outside edges of the goggle are more squared. As for performance, clarity, and durability, the Oakley A-Frame, Crowbar, and Wisdom are all excellent choices, especially because all three incorporate Oakley's dual lens design for the best anti-fog capabilities of any snow goggle available.
