I have not personally taken these pills, but I have taken similar diet pills which did help me trim down.

Hoodia Gordonii has been proven to be a good appetitte suppressant - and there are many companies that put this into their product, however, not all of them are certified as the more potent South African Hoodia, however, the NuPhedrine Hoodia is. 

Advantra-Z is a fat burner similar to the ephedra alkaloid.  It helps you burn fat by increasing your body's metabolism. 

Slimaluma is an herb commonly used in weight loss pills as well, and has also been shown to provide an extra boost in weight loss when taken in combination with other ingredients.
