Bragel is best known for their patented self adhesive bras - the original 100% silicone Nubra and the lightweight versions - Feather-Lite and Super Padded. These have been my bestsellers the past 2 years and I have just recently found out that the company actually started in the late '80s developing silicone breast enhancers.  Bragel's Invisible Breast Enhancers (IBEs) are made of high quality silicone with life-like feel and patented natural fit designs. While these are excellent products, I have noted that a lot of people who use or want to use breast enhancers do not know what type of breast enhancers they really need.  I have written this guide to emphasize the difference between NuBra PUSH UP and SIZE enhancers.  Let me begin by saying that...

PUSH UP pads and enhancers are designed to LIFT the breasts or RESTORE the breasts to their original fullness/size. SIZE enhancers are designed to add volume/thickness and to look like natural extensions of the breasts. SIZE enhancer cups are heavier and will weigh down the breasts without proper support. Because of this, SIZE enhancers are NOT adviseable to use with sagging breasts. Sagging breasts should be enhanced with PUSH UP enhancers AND a properly fitted bra.

NuBra makes the following PUSH-UP breast enhancers:

BEACH - These are TRIANGULAR shaped pads with graduated thickness made of 100% PU film filled with 100% silicone. These pads also have silicone adhesive backs that are safe to use in salty or chlorinated water. They are much lighter than the other 100% silicone Bragel products so this NuBra can be comfortably worn under a bikini or swimsuit. However, it is NOT recommended for use when diving, in turbulent water or when the body is under rigorous movement. The adhesive area must also be kept away from foreign particles like sand which can damage the adhesive. The triangular shape also makes it a great alternative to a strapless bra under those trendy maxi dresses and babydoll tops that tie at the neck.

MINI - These are the smallest PARTIAL PUSH UP pads in the IBE line at 4" x 2" x 3/4". The shape is very similar to the removeable foam inserts that go with most padded bras but these are 100% silicone and have indented backs for a more natural contoured fit over the breasts. The minis are ideal as fillers to get a more comfortable fit for certain bra styles and to provide fullness for breasts that are between cup sizes.

DEMI - These are slightly larger PARTIAL PUSH UP pads measuring 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1". The half cup (hence "demi") forms can be used to equalize breast size after a lumpectomy (partial mastectomy) or weight loss.

PUSH UP enhancers are also available in cup sizes A, B and C. These are 3/4 cup forms with concave backs and fuller bottoms. These forms should be ordered according to the user's TRUE cup size - an A fits a true A; a B fits a true B/C; a C fits a true C/D. These are to be worn under a proper fitting bra and are designed to push the breast tissue up for a fuller fit with the user's true bra size.

The Mini, Demi and A, B and C push up enhancers are available with or without adhesive. Personally, I always advise my customers to buy/use PUSH UP enhancers WITHOUT adhesive so that they can be positioned properly and comfortably with their different bra styles. This is also the reason why these enhancers DO NOT come with nipples.

The NuBra SIZE enhancers, on the other hand, HAVE nipples. These 3/4 cup forms are also available with or without adhesive but since size enhancers I think, are designed to appear like natural extensions of the user's breasts, I recommend the SIZE enhancers WITH adhesive. At the same time, these should be worn with a properly fitting bra and/or supported dress so that the breast form does not get dislodged during use.

The NuBra SIZE enhancers come in 3 sizes - S (Small), L (Large) and XL (Extra Large). Please note that there is no size "Medium". Also, these forms fit ALL cup sizes. Each cup measures approximately 5 1/2" by 3 1/2" at longest and widest point but have different thicknesses based on the DESIRED increase in cup size.

An S (Small) increases breast size by about 1/2 to 1 cup size and adds about 1" thickness at the nipple area. Each cup weighs about 3 ounces.

An L (Large) increases breast size by about 1 1/2 to 2 cup sizes and adds about 1 1/2" thickness at the nipple area. Each cup weighs about 4 1/2 ounces.

An XL (Extra Large) increases breast size by about 2 to 2 1/2 cup sizes and adds about 2" thickness at the nipple area. Each cup weighs about 6 ounces.

As a final note, please remember that breast enhancers are NOT designed for coverage.  By "Invisible", Bragel means that the breast forms are made with a flesh-like material that has the softness of natural breast tissue and warms to body temperature for the most life-like look and feel. These forms are designed with minimal size so as to fit more bra cups/styles so please DO wear the INVISIBLE BREAST ENHANCERS with a bra or a dress/top with proper support.
