I would have to say that I was more than disappointed with this product.

I placed a 3lb roast in the oven and instead of 2 hrs, 4 hrs later it was still barely medium rare.

Ended up placing the roast in the kitchen oven for 1 hour to cook it.

There is no way to take an item out of the freezer and cook it. What was worse that you can not do this with a roast because after a beef roast is 1/2 cooked you have to turn it over and cook the other side. 

I sold it and lost $50.

I'll stay with my Set It and Forget It!
