Things to sell on Ebay and get paid  to collect them.

I live in a town that is near 3 colleges with plenty of dorms and off campus apartments, MY friend and  I  always run adds in the paper when school is about to get out to clean the dorms and apartments  after the kids leave for the summer... and we get paid for cleaning them.  Now do'nt get me wrong, cleaning a frat house can at times be a bit grosss, they never clean the bathrooms and basicaly are pigs but the  items they leave behind  it worth it.. MY friends husband owns a used furiture store and I have no use for the furniture so she gets that, he recovers  the stuff and sells it to the new kids coming in in the fall, I get all the rest.. Clothes jewelry, heck I have gotton fishing poles and bikes  rugs  you name it and they leave it.  I once cleaned out an  on campus room with a whole closet of new clothes with tags on them, all the same size $$$ cha ching can you say big lot sale?

 WOW it was a good week that week.  and most of the books I sell on ebay come from college clean outs,  and remember IM getting paid to do this..  so, If you happen to live in a college town, try running an add about 3 weeks before school is out saying we clean dorms apartments after schools out, we even painted one place for  a lot of extra money.. Im siting right in the middle of 3 colleges and 4 if i want to drive 2 hours  and its really a win win situation if you can get into it.  now that we have been doing it for so long we have regulars who call us each fall.  but we still run our ads,  Its just a thought im pasing on to make extra $$$ and  find great stuff to sell on ebay.. thank you for your time.
