Sometimes, one misplaced letter in a title or search can mean a difference of hundreds of dollars! If you're not sure how to spell a particular word correctly, begin with as many letters in the word that you know are correct, and then stop! Follow the letters immediately with an *, and ebay will load all words that are included with the letters you have submitted. (For instance, if you are looking for porcelain dolls, and you're not sure of the ending spelling, enter porc*. That way, you will get all entries that begin with porc - including porcelain, porcelin, porcilin, porcalain, porcilain, etc.) Both sellers and buyers benefit from this hint: Sellers - you want to check out the proper spellings before you submit, and this will assure you of other listings in your category that are spelled correctly. Buyers - you won't miss out on the item you're looking for just because it hasn't been entered correctly in the search!
