Be careful not to think a PC-800-45 will work in any Dell 8200 Dimension desktop. One expert said "just as long as the boards were matching boards they would work". I found that I needed the PC-800-40 and no substitution worked. Luckily I purchased a set of  1GB  cheap enough to resell on Ebay without losing any money.
