Not All Mystery Auctions Are Bad

Mystery Auctions.....to bid or not to bid.....

I for one have won a few Mystery Auctions.....but before I bid on one I check the sellers feedback, I look at what other types of items the seller may have listed. In other words.....I do my home-work. I generally only bid on certain types of Mystery Auctions. I have yet to be totally disappointed in a Mystery Auction I have won. Again.....DO YOUR HOMEWORK on the seller and the types of items associated with that seller.

I also list Mystery Boxes for bidding. I can only speak for myself.....but I for one would never sell anything I wouldn't buy myself. If it's a chipped or broken item.....it goes into the trash.....NOT into a Mystery Box.

Not all sellers of Mystery Auctions are out to make a zillion dollars by selling trash. Some of us may have back-stock that instead of eating all the costs, we would just as soon sell in bulk at a lower cost to someone who will use the items. "Example": at one time I was going to open a metaphysical store.....I started buying all kinds of inventory. When a hitch got tossed into my plans there I was with boxes of candles, incense, books, etc. etc. Instead of letting all these things go to waste I chose the Mystery Auction listings to help clear out the inventory. I don't think I've sold one Mystery Box that I have actually made money on. I'm glad to just get some of it back and be able to pass items on to those who can use them. Besides.....it's fun to pack a Mystery Box. I know I'm not the only Mystery Auction Seller like this either.

So.....for any of you who have trash-talked Mystery Auctions  (I understand we are all entitled to an opinion ) .....I'm sorry if  A)you won one and got trash OR  B) you think it gives sellers a bad name OR C) whatever your reason is for disliking Mystery Auctions.....

REMEMBER.....you are in a BIG orchard and there will always be a few rotten apples, just be choosy about what apples you pick and you should be happy with your choices.

Happy Ebaying To All     *PEACE*
