As of April 1, 2009 Dewalt is not allowing any approved online distributor to sell Dewalt or any IPG (Industrial Product Group) items on Ebay (or Amazon, etc.) In order to sell new Dewalt product online the seller must own the site being sold from. In other words, Toolkat.com or bishoptools.com is owned by Bishop Supply and we can only sell our Dewalt, Porter Cable, Delta industrial or Oldham products online from there. I think Dewalt is making a huge mistake. But, We still like there product, and as an American based company. However, we will comply (and avoid the legal threats) but complain.
