I recently run into what I thought would be a great transaction, but it turned out to be a Nightmare. I won an auction...checked out as I am suppose to do and when the invoice popped up there was no address listed for mailing Money Orders to seller, but in the listing it stated they did accept them. Not sure why Ebay allows this, because not everyone has PayPal or even wants to have it, but I emailed the seller...no response, emailed again 5 days later....took 4 days for a reply to come back to me. My advice is to contact Ebay if seller does NOT respond within 24 hours after you email them for their mailing address, because you could end up paying the sellers fees and get a strike against your Ebay Account even if you have sent payment. In the sellers listing it stated payment had to be received within 7 days...OK then add a mailing address to your invoice if you accept Money Orders and you will probably receive your payment, but don't blame the buyer when it is 3 weeks later before payment is sent because they did NOT know where to send payment. Also, for the those who do pay via Money Order (especially US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS) be aware that if the seller states they did not receive payment that you can place a tracer on the MO after 30 days of purchase, but your money will not be returned to you until the MO has been missing for 60 days and then it is if the seller did not cash it. I was and still am very discouraged with the experience I recently had, but I will also tell you that there are some good sellers out there...so don't let one bad experience spoil your EBAY experience.
