I am going to make this one very simple..

Where does the Manufactor Stamp the experation date on an inkjet cartridge? Right.. On the box.. ASK WHAT THE EXPERATION DATE IS when you buy an item that does not have the box.

If the item has no box, it is either expired, old, or even worse.. a Starter Cartridge. 

make sure you get what you pay for.
