Nike Air Zoom Huarache 64 - The New Nike Huarache 64
If you've been watching the NCAA Final Four, you will notice the new Nikes Air Zoom Huarache 64s that everyone is wearing. Nike released the Huarache 64s just in time for the sweet 16 - and its actually reminiscent of the original Nike Air Huarache launch back when Christian Laettner lead the Blue Devils to the title in the 90s.
While I don't love the look of the Air Zoom Huarache 64 (they look a little bland to me - I actually prefer the Kobe Bryant I) they are ultra light-weight at just 14 ounces. They also come in a variety of colors or can be customized at Nike ID. The Huarache 64s are designed for guards and slashing forwards - and as a small guard myself, I actually prefer the zoom air technology more than the basketball air max's (though they are my running preferences) or even the Nike Shox.
