Nike Air Max CB '94 - Retro Release of Nike CB 1994s!
Nike continues to re-release of classic retro sneakers and the current release of the Nike Air Max CB
(Charles Barkley) 94 Basketball sneaker is welcomed by this shoe
fanatic! Though the Nike Air Max CB / Charles Barkley series are known
for being a bit heavy (the 94 CBs weigh in at 16.2oz - remember though
that they are designed for big men rather than guards) - they provide
great cushion with the wrap around Air Max bubble. Additionally, they
provide great high ankle support and the elastic straps that surround
the foot give a solid, snug and comfortable feel. If you are a forward
or center and play a pounding game - few non-Shox shoes are better than
this classic!
While slightly heavy (over 16 oz) the Nike Air Max CB are best known
for the huge glowing air bubble that extends from the shoe's
mid-section and around the back. The air bubble is orange on the black
sneaker and *I believe* red on the white version.
