Wow! Breaking news from the Nike camp! Nike has been campaigning for the History of the Air Max and has run campaigns for 1987 Air Max, 1990 Air Max, 1991 Air Max, 1993 Air Max, Air Max 95, Air Max 97 (see below), and the 2003 Air Max....

Now comes the 2006 Nike Air Max 360 - available January 21, 2006.

Nike is promoting the Nike 360 as the cumlination of the Nike Air Max product and lifestyle. From the original airbags to the New Air Max 360s which seemingly float on air, the Nike Air Max Revolution will feature the classic Nike Air Maxs in reproduction (like the Air Max 95, 97 and 2003) and then the Air Max 360 will be released on January 21st, world wide.

UPDATE: Beginning early February, Nike will have a Nike ID promotion that allows users to customize the colorways of the Air Max 95s and Air Max 97s - so mark your calendars!!! No word yet if you can ID / customize the 360s.
