I propose an eBay Seller Rewards Program.  The purpose of the program is two-fold: to reward top selling performers and sustain growth for a safe and rewarding online marketplace.

This proposal is not some cheap rewards program.  If you look at the top direct sales companies, they reward their independant representaives with some serious prizes such as cruises, cars, and cash rewards.  eBay is the world's leading online marketplace and rewarding sellers for oustanding performance would greatly help eBay.
