Would like to take the time and let everyone know that fraud listings has been posted using new user accounts. I don't know how the fraudsters are doing it but they are opening accounts as new users. They claim to accept paypal, but my guess would be that they would email you back claiming to be having a problem with paypal and if you would do some other form of payment. Some I have come accross has a feedback of (1) and the person giving the feedback is a new user as well. If you really have to buy from a new user, always use a credit card and no other form of payment. If they don't except paypal, then move on until another listing comes along. Ebay claims, everyone has to start somewhere and I agree. When I came onboard a couple years ago, I was buying more than selling to build up the feedback but it never crossed my mind to buy from a new user. If a new user bought some cheap trinket and got (1) feedback from a power seller, that doesn't make it safe to buy a tractor, zero turn mower, golf cart or any other large ticket item from them. do your homework, don't let greed get to you because you want the item and use caution when dealing with new users. remember, not all new users are frauds
