A few misguided, un-informed individuals are using this forum to spread gloom and doom about the New Iraqi Dinar, its appreciation and the state of the Iraqi economy.  Some have went as far as to question sellers' motives for selling this currency. Don't believe it!

Are you an investor?  When would you like to invest in a country's currency?....vastly undervalued or when fully valued or overvalued?  Of course, you want to invest when the currency is at a all-time low.  Those all-time "lows" come when a country, unfortunately, is at war, in a state of anarchy.  Iraq is at that all-time low...and yet the New Iraq Dinar continues to surge.  This currency when first introduced went 5000 to 1 U.S. Dollar.  Today's rate is 1249.  I beg your pardon, a $10,000 dollar investment would now yield $40,000 dollars.....is that not a 400 percent increase in 4 years time!  In my humble opinion, that is a great return on an investment! and there is more to come......

Let's briefly look at the Middle East and its make-up.  The majority of the Middle East counties are Arab countries.  These countries are geographically located close to each other. These countries share common natural resources.  Saudi Arabia is one of the more wealthy of these Middle East countries.  The Saudi's wealth is derived primarily from one resource, oil. The Saudis have tapped their resource for a number decades. The Saudis have produced so much oil and so regularly that they have been able to manipulate the supply of oil on the world market, single handedly, when needed.  Iraq has just begun to tap into their valuable resource.  Iraq may very well have more oil underground than Saudi Arabia has left.......has anyone considered this?

One quarter of the world's oil flows thru the Straits of Hormuz.  This is a undeniable fact.  

A gallon of gasoline may very well cost $4 dollars for a gallon soon in the United States.

China and India are gobbling up oil contracts as fast as they can find them. China overtook Germany as the world's third largest economy just recently.

Excuse me, has anyone mentioned that Iraq has more Natural Gas deposits than any country in the world?  Has anyone mentioned the fertility or the most precious commodity, water, that Iraq has in abundance.

In regards to the exchanges, a few months ago the New Iraqi Dinar acquired the symbol IQD. On 2 August 2007 the Iraqi Stock Exchange opens to foreign investors.  How soon before the New Iraqi Dinar trades on the FOREX?

Why would a seller, such as myself, sell New Iraqi Dinar?  I sell it because it continues to

appreciate!  I sell it because the Iraqi economy and its currency has nowhere left to go....but  UP!

I sell it because my buyers have a upside potential that is unequaled. A penny will buy almost 13 dinars.

Some would say that the Kuwaiti Dinar is a fluke. What then of the Bahrainian Dinar?  Live in or visit the Middle East sometime when its not so hostile.  There are a number of Arab currencies that thrive at a value of 3 U.S. dollars or better!  Why is this?  Why does the Kuwaiti and Bahrainian Dinar trade consistently better than 3 U.S. dollars.  OIL (period). 

The choice is still yours, invest now when the currency is at historical lows or wait til later when security is fully restored, when factories are rebuilt, new factories are built, communities are rebuilt, infrastructure is fully restore, etc..  Think about it!  The time to invest is now!
