If you check out the manufacturer's website, you'll see that this product line's origins were for burn victims.  The base ingredient, PSP, truly stimulates new skin growth and collagen production.  My dermatologist says that he researched it before adding it to his product offerings and is expecting to get amazing results.

It is an expensive product line, but no more so than high end department store formulations.
