We'd suggest you read negative feedbacks with more than one grain of salt. Both unscrupulous and uninformed sellers tend to give negative feedbacks when their lack of knowledge is called into question--no matter how gently or politely attempts at educating them are made. The old adage "Consider the source" should be considered--particularly when one considers the really lousy job of "policing" that ebay does--or really doesn't do!!
