I purchased my Spa on May, 28th 2007 from Wholesale Recreation.  The Aurora 6 person, 38 jet spa. At the time their add said 6-7 week delivery mine took 9 weeks, 5 days (8-3-07). "HEAT LOCKED INSULATION" Mine had 1/4 in on the shell maby, NO insulation on the outer encolsure allowing heat to escape, my Oct. heating bill was $60 higher than prev year. Spa"s been drained since Thanksgiving. Their "EASEY ACESS PANEL" Minimum of 12, 2in screws. The 38 Jets consist of 10 small jets,(I have 3 of them I can't open without a channelock pliers), 16 large jets (wich operate fine) and 1 multiport Jet they call a "BLASTER JET",  it doesn't seem to work as a "BLASTER". The spa frameing is constructed of 2x2 const., don't know if it is treated lumber or not, I doubt it because unless you order the "COMPOSIT" option your spa will come with "REDWOOD STAINED" heat retaining ( ? ) pine. Termites love pine. The socalled "PEACE OF MIND WARRENTY" has me P!$$ed, as I said I have 3 jets I can't open wo pliers, and the composit siding is peeling in places, Sent appx 23 e-mails (2 replies) over 15 phone calls (maby 6-7 replies, but they don't follow through with what they tell me) and nothing has been resolved. The warrenty is handeled through the Manufacturer wich is Infinity Spas. USE CAUTION you are getting what you're paying for!
