Have you ever noticed how many sellers auction off untested computer processors? Some sellers mean well but many are less than honest. Do some checking! For instance, if someone is selling an untested cpu because they state they have no way to test it, checkout their other auctions before you buy. If they are selling working motherboards, chances are the processor is defective. If their other auctions are of the nature of computer parts, again, chances are the item is no good. Now, if someone is selling an untested cpu and their other auctions are of clothing, for example, or some other unrelated items, they are probably telling the truth when they say "untested". But still, check out their terms of agreement. Do they offer a full refund if it is DOA? Or are they selling it as-is with no refund? Also, what is their terms on the shipping cost? Will they refund the shipping cost too? Do they have a restocking fee? Check these things out and you'll save money and hassles. I mainly sell computer processors and I offer a full 100% refund INCLUDING the shipping cost you paid. AND I will reimburse you for the cost to return it to me if there is a problem with it. I don't know of any other seller that offers what I do. I can do this because I am confident in what I sell. All of my cpu's are tested before I get them and tested again before I sell. In my 7 years selling on eBay, I've only had 3 cpu's returned to me. BUT, it wasn't because they were bad, it was because the buyer's motherboard did not support the one they bought. This is why I state on my auctions to check compatibility before buying. Or if they don't know how to check this, they can send me the info on their system and I will check for them. Buying on eBay can be a risky adventure and it shouldn't be this way. Just do some research and you will save alot of money. I gaurantee it!
