Video Games are a wonderful way to immerse yourself in a different world much like a movie or a book but way more interactive. With that said, Video Game buyers want the game they have been waiting for as soon as possible. What this means for the industry is that sadly all markets are not given equal treatment. Most of Europe dose not get a video game the same time as America. That is where importing comes into play. 

***  European Video Game systems play on the PAL formant. ***

***  American Video Game systems play on the NTSC format. ***

For most video game systems NTSC games will not work on a PAL system.
there are a few exceptions however.

ALL Playstation 3 (PS3) GAME WILL WORK ON ANY FORMAT (PAL , NTSC ect.) Feel free and confident to buy any PS3 Game for your international system and if this changes it will be noted in the auction.

ALL SONY PSP GAMES WILL WORK ON ANY SYSTEM AS WELL

ALL NINTENDO DS GAMES WILL WORK ON ANY SYSTEM

ALL GBA GAMES WILL WORK ON ANY SYSTEM  

*** Now for some of the more complicated systems ***

ONLY SOME XBOX 360 GAMES WILL WORK ON ANY FORMAT
MANY NTSC 360 TITLES WILL NOT WORK ON PAL SYSTEM.

NOW FOR THE SYSTEMS THAT WILL NOT PLAY NTSC FORMAT GAMES ON PAL AT ALL.

PLAYSTATION 2
NINTENDO WII  **UPDATE WITH THE USE OF THE WII FREELOADER NTSC GAMES CAN NOW PLAY ON A PAL SYSTEM****
XBOX
