Seems these days that everything is RARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently saw National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician patches selling for $40.00 each, marked RARE!!!!!!!!!!! These patches were made for YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I alone have at least 20 of them, and I am one of hundreds if not thousands of NREMT Paramedics. If you really want an item, and  absolutely can't get it elswhere, then go for the $40.00 patch (example, but applies to everything). Look around!
