Ebay's feedback system is flawed & needs to be revised! NON-PAYING BIDDERS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! Sellers who rely on their hard earned feedback are apprehensive to leave a non-paying bidder negative feedback in fear of retaliatory feedback blemishing their perspective scores! When you as a seller encounter one of these members, you feel duty bound to warn the rest of the community of the member but it usually comes back to hurt you in retaliation! I bend over backwards to provide the best service possible & I have received a couple of negatives this year, both from non paying bidders! The easy way to avoid receiving negative retaliatory feedback is to not leave feedback on the non paying bidder but that does not paint a true picture of the members action or the Ebay community as a whole & without any penalty or consequences for their actions they will continue! This is seriously frustrating & Ebay should make some kind of revision for this frequent occurance!
